Terms and conditions of booking with Hedgefield House
Where no advance booking has been made payment may be required in advance.
A deposit of approx 20% will be taken on all offline bookings and the balance to be paid on day of arrival. Online bookings made through eviivo will be paid in full at time of booking, bookings made through late rooms and booking.com will pay on arrival.
Rooms are made available from 2pm each day and we like the rooms vacated at 11am on day of departure.
A strict non smoking policy is operated within the whole premises Multiple same sex bookings i.e. stag or hen night celebrations will not be taken and an abuse of this term will lead to the immediate cancellation of your booking before or even on arrival with no refund.
